PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name tag adapted to be made fixable to clothes by the force of a leaf spring. SOLUTION: A metallic leaf spring and a projection for retaining the clothes are mounted at the rear surface of a name tag plate and the clothes are inserted therebetween. The clothes are retained and fixed by the force of the leaf spring.
