<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for pretreating molten iron with which a facility cost is reduced by downsizing a molten iron pretreating facility, the carrying load of a molten iron ladle is reduced, the treating capacity of the molten iron pretreatment is improved and plural kinds of molten iron and slags can separately be removed and recovered. SOLUTION: A common desiliconizing and desulfurizing treatment apparatus 2 which can separately apply the desiliconizing treatment and the desulfurizing treatment to the molten iron in the molten iron ladle 5, is arranged and this desiliconizing and desulfurizing treatment apparatus 2, a dephosphorizing treatment apparatus 3 and a slag recovering treatment apparatus 4, are closely disposed in series, and a conveying carriage 6 for conveying the above molten iron ladle 5 over these treatment apparatuses 2-4 and a pit 1, is arranged.</p> |
