PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train detecting device for improving reliability by preventing erroneous detection by noise without increasing a cost. SOLUTION: This train detecting device has a first circuit for detecting a first voltage level and a first binary signal from a track side signal A, a second circuit for detecting a second voltage level and a second binary signal from a local part side signal B, a circuit 5 for detecting a phase difference by comparing the first and second binary signals, and a means 6 for judging the existence of a train on the basis of the first and second voltage levels and the phase difference, and the first and second circuits include filters 1a and 1b for extracting a frequency signal, A/D converters 2a and 2b for converting the frequency signal into digital data by sampling the frequency signal, level detectors 3a and 3b for detecting the voltage levels from the digital data, and binary converters 4a and 4b for converting the digital data into a binary signal. |
