PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet by which while a security effect during delivering can be ensured, a confirmed clearly indicating effect can be also obtained and a composite sheet product using this. SOLUTION: The composite sheet 1 is constituted of the first sheet 11, the second sheet 21 continuously arranged with one end 12 side of the first sheet 11 and the third sheet 31 continuously arranged with the other end 13 side of the first sheet 11 as central parts. The first sticking part 41 provided on the back face 22 of the second sheet 21 is provided with the first release paper 43 and by peeling off this release paper 43, the folded second sheet 21 is stuck on the first sheet 11 so as to be releasable and not to be stuck again. The second sticking parts 51 and 51 provided on the back face 32 side of the third sheet 31 are provided with the second release paper 53 and by peeling off this release paper 53, the folded third sheet 31 is stuck on the second sheet 21 under a folded condition so as to be releasable and not to be stuck again.
