PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide galvanized high strength steel in which unplating is suppressed, and which has an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: This galvanized high strength steel having a good appearance has a composition containing, by weight, 0.0001 to 0.3% C, 0.01 to 4% Si, 0.01 to 2% Mn, <=0.1% P and 0.001 to 4% Al, and, if required, further containing one or more kinds of 0.001 to 25% Cr and 0.001 to 10% Ni, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Its surface has a galvanized layer having a composition containing <=0.5% Al, and further containing one or more kinds selected from 0.001 to 10% Sn, 0.001 to 3% Li, 0.001 to 3% Mg, 0.001 to 5% Ga, 0.001 to 3% Sr, 0.001 to 2% Y, 0.001 to 2% Zr, 0.001 to 2% Nb, 0.001 to 3% Ba, 0.001 to 8% Ce, 0.001 to 3% Ca and 0.001 to 5% Mn, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities. The plated layer can be a, galvannealing one.
