PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent releasability of the sheet material from the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, and a sheet material having releasability suitable for the sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet material of mono layer or laminated layer has releasability suitable for a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet where the sheet material itself in the case of the mono layer, or at least one side of the outermost layers in the case of the laminated layer comprises a resin material comprising a linear ethylenic resin as the main component which has elution components in an amount of 3-30 wt.% based on the whole of the resin material at <=30 deg.C when determined by temperature-rising elution fractionation method. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet used the sheet material.
