PEST-CONTROLLING COMPOSITION FOR PADDY FIELD AND CONTROLLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pest-controlling composition for effectively controlling pasts for Oryza sativa, and to provide a method for controlling the pests by the use of the composition. SOLUTION: This new pest-controlling composition is characterized by manifesting such a high synergistic effect as to be unsapposable based on the effect of singly using each of the ingredient agrochemicals (e.g. imazosulfuron) against paddy weeds through combining a pest-controlling agent for paddy fields (e.g. chlothianidine) or disease injury-controlling agent (e.g. isoprothiolane) with a weed-controlling agent, and to provide a method for controlling the pests for Oryza sativa in a labor-saving way by a single application through applying a preparation formulated with the composition to a paddy field.
