PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable skin-protecting composition free from sticky feeling in use, easily and uniformly spreadable on the skin, giving little stimulation and especially suitable for the protection of the delicate skin of infants. SOLUTION: The foamable skin-protecting composition contains an oily component containing a natural oil-and-fat and an organopolysiloxane, a wetting agent, water, a hydrolyzed natural protein, an emulsifier and a propellant.
