PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-durability heat fixing member which shortens the time needed to raise the temperature up to fixable temperature while maintaining high picture quality, and a heat and pressure fixing device and an image forming device which use the member. SOLUTION: The fixing device fixes an unfixed toner image carried by a recording material has a cylindrical heat fixing member which heats and presses the recording material and has at least a release layer 16 on the peripheral surface of a mandrel 15 and is characterized by that the mandrel is 0.5 to 2.8 mm thick and made of aluminum alloy elastically deforming with stress of 60.0 MPa in 210 deg.C environment; and the heat and pressure fixing device and the image forming device use the member.
