太阳能热水器上落水排空脉冲电磁阀总成集排空、水位水温测量于一体的装置,水位测量探头离开水箱高温环境,采用二只磁钢浮子与数枚干簧管构成无触点不怕结污的二组水位探头,一组能提供正常水位显示信号,另一组在水箱溢水状态下才能提供溢水信号;排空阀采用脉冲技术,只要输入一个适宜的脉冲电压,即能改变阀门的开关状态,且不需要维持电流,并能迅速排空上落水管中的水,所以该产品是安装简便、节能、长寿命的实用新型产品。

1、太阳能热水器上落水排空脉冲电磁阀总成,集排空、水位水温测量于一体的装置,其特征是:总成基座(1)的上端平面有三个空腔,第一个是水位管安装空腔,第二个是脉冲阀安装空腔,这二个空腔均在管接头的中心线上并相贯通,脉冲阀安装空腔的底部中心有一个阀门口,它与总成基座的底部相构通,第三个空腔是通气孔接头空腔,它在前二个空腔的旁侧且不贯通,其中心有一个通气孔接头,以便插入长胶管(32),通气孔与总成基座底部相构通;在管接头与总成基座(1)相交界的地方,有一个与水位管安装空腔相贯通的4-7毫米的小孔,水温探头线穿过该孔胶塞。
