PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a plate-like holder which prevents the holder from being unfastened by a force exerted in an unfastening direction thereof. SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a motor-driven fan shroud of a holder for fastening the fan shroud to a radiator comprises lock holes 32 provided on fasteners 31 projecting from the right and left of the fan shroud, and a pair of projecting pieces 35, 35 provided at two spots of the radiator with claws 36, 36 locked to the lock holes 32. The claw 36 in each of projecting pieces 35, 35 is shaped with one end width W1 greater than the other end width W2, and a greater force F for disengaging the claw from the hock hole 32 is exerted on the one end. Upon exertion of the force F on the fan shroud, each claw 36 is not easily unlocked from the lock hole 32 at one end.
