PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing a production rate, in a method for manufacturing a cellulose acetate film using a casting band. SOLUTION: In the solution film manufacturing method using the casting band, the subject method issue is solved by the cellulose acetate solution film manufacturing method which is characterized in that a back suction device is installed behind a casting die and the interval between the back suction device and the casting band is 0.3-3 mm.
