PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the joining angle of a mowing machine with an arm in a prescribed direction without using a hydraulic cylinder for operation, and also secure a hydraulic source for the hydraulic motor of the mowing machine without installing for increasing the hydraulic source. SOLUTION: This joining structure of a mowing machine with an entrenching machine body is provided by turnably pivoting the stay of the mowing machine equipped with a mowing unit rotated by a hydraulic motor to an arm attachment- mounting hole through a joining shaft, and also installing an angle-controlling mechanism for regulating the turning caused by the self weight of the mowing machine and also adjusting the angle of the mowing machine to the arm by a prescribed turning load, at the pivoting part of the mowing machine and the arm. The hydraulic source of the hydraulic cylinder for operating an attachment of the entrenching machine is connected with the hydraulic motor of the mowing machine. The angle-regulating mechanism is constituted by fitting a frictional plate engaged with the arm as not capable of rotating overlapped with a frictional plate engaged with the stay of the mowing machine as not capable of rotating to the joining shaft of the mowing machine and the arm, and elastically squeezing each of the overlapped frictional plates from the outside through a plate spring.
