<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing surface flaws of a slab in which the load of an operator can be reduced, the workability can be improved, and the energy loss, etc., can be eliminated. SOLUTION: The picked-up image of the slab surface is accumulated in an image accumulation device 8 together with the serial number. The operator arbitrarily takes out the image accumulated on a screen of a flaw input device 9, and touch-inputs the flaw position information on the screen. After the heat shrinkage and positional deviation of the slab are corrected by an absolute position converter 10, the flaw position information is inputted in automatic repairing devices 3 and 4 to repair the slab surface flaws.</p> |
