PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In a rubber foot 12 provided between a main body housing 2 and a base 8, a flange part 14 and a flange part 15 are fixed to a lower surface of the main body housing 2 and an upper surface of a base 8, respectively, in a state of a fan 5 stored in a cylinder body 13. In the fixed states, the inside of the cylinder body 13 is partitioned into upper and lower sides by approaching of an outer peripheral edge of the fan 5 to an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder body 13 and a dust collecting chamber 18 is formed on a lower side of the fan 5. A connecting cylinder 19 is extended in the cylinder body 13 and an opening of the connecting cylinder 19 is communicated with a discharge nozzle 20 of the main body housing 2 in a mounting state on the main body housing 2. |
