PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting decorative carpet having excellent durability and anti-fouling property. SOLUTION: A light-emitting image such as characters, figures, patterns, or photographs is printed on the surface of a carpet with a light-emitting paint. In addition, a transparent material layer is provided on the total surface of the carpet surface including the light-emitting image. The colored image such as characters, figures, patterns or photographs may be printed on the surface of the carpet first, and then, the light-emitting image such as characters, figures, patterns or photographs with the light-emitting paint may be printed on the top of the colored image. This light-emitting decorative carpet is used for the laying of a guiding path for emergency, an indoor decorative wall, and the protection for an elevator internal wall or the like.
