PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce physical burden on a home helper in changing a diaper, cleaning the body, replacing a sheet (including cleaning of a part beneath a mattress) when a person to be cared cannot supinate by himself on a bed or mattress. SOLUTION: Physical burden on a carer is reduced by changing the posture of a person to be cared by mounting a nursing care bed on an ordinary bed or a mattress and moving one side thereof up and down by a small force of handle operation by utilizing a structure minimizing burden on a carer and hydraulic pressure.
