PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place an outer material comprising a bulky solid structure woven and knitted goods in a stretching manner according to the curve of a sheet frame, fully protect a person sitting in a back seat even when a sitting person collides with the back part of a sheet frame and improve a cushion property and a feeling of sitting in. SOLUTION: A sheet frame 21 is formed in an approximately V letter form for a cross section opened in the rear. An outer material 25 is formed of an obverse foundation cloth 26, a reverse foundation cloth 27 and an intermediate layer 28 having elasticity which comprise obverse and reverse woven and knitted goods. A hook member 33 is attached to an end portion 25a of the outer material 25. The outer material 25 is extended from an outside end portion 24a side of the frame 21 to a reverse side in a state that a rear opening portion 21e of the sheet frame 21 is closed and the hook member 33 is secured to an inside end portion 21b of the sheet frame 21. One end 31a of a pull member 31 is connected to the outer material 25 and the other end 31b of the pull member 31 is secured to a securing portion 33a of the hook member 33.
