PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass game support system for allowing a performance director to easily seize and precisely indicate dislocation from positions of respective performers and normal positions and to individually indicate correction and the next moving destination in real time according to the positions of the respective performers. SOLUTION: This mass game support system is provided with ID tags arranged at prescribed intervals in a performance place of a mass game, ID readers installed on the performers of the mass game, an ID data processing means for converting ID data from the ID tags received by the ID readers into position information, an information processing server for making the position information correspond to the normal positions of the respective performers in the mass game by inputting the position information on the respective performers obtained by the ID data processing means, and transmitting indication information for indicating the moving direction and a moving distance to the respective performers, and information output means carried by the respective performers, and receiving and outputting the indication information for oneself transmitted from the information processing server.
