PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for monitoring residual quantity of medical liquid device and monitoring system of a medical liquid supply apparatus, capable of surely preventing a medical liquid out of the medical liquid supply apparatus, and realizing a habit of effective sanitary hand washing and gargling using the apparatus. SOLUTION: This monitoring device 100 of the chemical liquid supply apparatus including a chemical liquid discharge nozzle, chemical liquid tanks Ts, Td, Tg for storing medical liquids, a medical liquid feeding means for feeding the medical liquid from the medical liquid tanks to the medical liquid discharge nozzle according to the using operation of a user, and a control means for controlling the operation of the medical liquid supply means is provided with a use frequency counter 92 for measuring the residual quantity of the chemical liquid in the chemical tank, an operating and determining part 102 of a monitor control unit 101 for determining whether the residual quantity of the chemical liquid reaches a designated value or less according to the residual quantity data measured by the use frequency counter, and a transmit/ receive unit 106 for transmitting the residual quantity determining result to a centralized management center 110.
