PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fluctuation in an injection-molded article by eliminating fluctuation in a synthesized torque outputted from two motors. SOLUTION: In a motor driving mechanism for driving an injection screw 2 of an injection molding machine 20 in the forwarding and retreating direction, two motors 4 and 5 for driving the injection screw 2 in the forwarding and retreating direction, each of feed screw members 9a and 9b connected with each of output shafts of two motors 4 and 5, a supporting member 7 on which a driving end 2a of the injection screw 2 is supported, each of screwing members 10a and 10b screwed into each of the feed screw members 9a and 9b and fixed on the supporting member 7 are provided and at least one of them is fixed on the supporting member 7 through a position adjusting mechanism 21 being slidable in the forwarding and retreating member of the injection screw 2 and sets off driving torque ripples outputted from each output shaft of two motors 4 and 5 and the injection screw 2 is driven by the synthesized driving torque.
