PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact designing by arranging a metal outer frame better in servicing performance and appearance for securing safety. SOLUTION: The body 17 is constituted of an upper frame 24 forming an opening part of the top surface thereof and a lower frame 34 making up the bottom surface thereof. Moreover, the exterior of the outer frame of the body 17 comprises an external member 35 of a metal material such as stainless steel or collar steel plate and the interior thereof an internal member 36 made of an insulating material. The internal member 36 is integrated with the lower frame 34. As the internal member 36 made of the insulating material is arranged inside the external member 35 made of the metal material, the distance can be reduced between a heating coil as charging part in the body 17 and a control circuit 21 to make the body 17 compact while there is no contact between the charging part and the external member 35 made of the metal material to secure safety even when dropping or an extraneous force causes the external member 35, making the outer frame of the body 17, to be deformed and dented badly.
