PURPOSE: A chair assembly is provided to conveniently deliver components of the chair and assemble the chair in a place to be used and to maintain a rigid assembly condition by comprising particular structure of coupling device. CONSTITUTION: The assembly comprises an upper panel integrated by left portion(114) and back portion(115); a connection bar(117) inserted into holes(112')(113') of both connection portions(112)(113); a support bar(123) formed with another connection portion(121) and arm holder(122) to be coupled to both ends of the connection bar(117); a coupling device(118) having threaded hole(119) engaging with a coupling bolt(120) in a coupling condition of the upper plate(116) and the support bar(123) to the connection bar(117). The assembly has another coupling device(211) jointed at bottom portion of the support bar(123), a standing bar(212) to support the upper plate(116), a cover(213) to prevent release of the standing bar(212), and a joint bolt(214) to secure the cover and the coupling device(211).
