PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain activated water in a short treatment time which maintains the activated state for a long time and to obtain activated water having significant functions. SOLUTION: The activated water is produced by adding information memory substances such as SiO2, Na+, K+, Ca+ and SO4- to the raw water and loading the water with weak energy such as far IR rays emitted from minerals. The desired functions can be added to the activated water by selecting the information memory substances. Thus, the weak energy is fast stored in the information memory substances to activate the water, and the activated state is maintained for a long time.
