摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an FCC(fluid catalytic cracking) catalyst and to provide a method for FCC by using this catalyst which inactivates catalyst poisoning metals such as Ni and V in source oil, suppresses production of hydrogen and coke, has excellent cracking activity and processing performance of residual oil, gives gasoline and LCO fractions with high yield, maintains these performances for a long time in high levels and has a prolonged catalyst life. SOLUTION: The FCC method is carried out by using the combination of the following FCC catalysts. They are an FCC catalyst which is made of a compound of bivalent metals or bivalent and trivalent metals and showing the XRD pattern of bivalent metal carbonates or that prepared by dispersing the above compound in an inorganic oxide matrix, or that prepared by dispersing the above compound with crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite in an inorganic oxide matrix, with an FCC catalyst prepared by dispersing one or more kinds of the above catalysts and crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite in an inorganic oxide matrix.
