PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a test piece having a simple structure, with which HDL cholesterol can be simply assayed with a small amount of specimen. SOLUTION: A reagent layer 2 is formed on a substrate 1 and an enzyme reagent for assaying cholesterol, a first surfactant having solubilization performance higher in high-density lipoprotein(HDL) than in lipoprotein except HDL and a second surfactant for inhibiting dissolution of lipoprotein except HDL are added to the reagent layer 2.
