<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil covering material for a final waste disposal site or the like, which can form a strong covering film on the waste more effectively by making a good use of the adhesive strength of a liquid resin and the tensile strength exhibited by a fiber. SOLUTION: This soil covering material is made extremely thinner and stronger than the soil or the like to be used for covering the waste by integrating the liquid resin with the fiber.</p> |
