"In the course of building roads and other major earth excavations, it is known that erecting geo-textile fabric in front of running water will filter the silt a nd larger earthen particles from the water downstream from the fabric. In this invention two slats or a single stake of material will be provided on which geo-textile fabric will b e attached at regular intervals. The slats will then attach to a reusable stake or the fabric may be attached directly to the single disposable stake. By providing these slat an d stake combinations, the slats and fabric will be removable from the silt and the stakes will be reusable; or the disposable stake and fabric may be removed and discarded."< /SDOAB>
