PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella attaching tool which is convenient and safe for a person with obstruction in eye to use a stick, a person using a wheelchair, etc., and a child to go to a kindergarten or a school on a rainy day and enable a person to safely ride on a bicycle or an outdoor worker to safely work for gardening on a rainy day. SOLUTION: An umbrella is attached to this umbrella attaching tool and fixed to a user's body to make both hands usable.
