food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nonalcoholic beverages, in part, mineral potable waters showing the high physiological value. Method involves mixing at least two natural mineral waters. For indicated waters the qualitative and quantitative composition of dissolved compounds is determined. Mixing is performed in ratios providing the preparing after mixing the following content of cations, mg/dm3: potassium. 2.0-15.0; calcium, 30.0-90.0; magnesium, 10.0-30.0; fluoride anions, 0.6-1.2; sodium cations, 10.0-15.0; iron, less 1.0; chloride anions, 5.0-15.0; sulfate anions, 10.0-20.0; hydrocarbonate anions, 35.0-40.0 at pH value from 7.0 to 8.0. Invention provides to obtain artificial mineral water exhibiting positive effect on gastroenteric tract state, allergic diseases, diseases of locomotor system, teeth, gums and cardiovascular system.
