<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability and flexibility without sacrifice of appearance by providing at least a single reinforcing layer at the interface between a cable terminal reinforcing part and a part of cable terminal where bending stress concentrates. SOLUTION: The cable terminal draw-out structure comprises a tapered reinforcing part 1 molded of a material having a specified hardness on the outer circumference of a cable 2, a flange 1a to be engaged with a bar code reader formed integrally with the reinforcing part 1, and shrinking tubes 3a, 3b of specified length interposed between the flange 1a to be engaged with a bar code reader and the reinforcing part 1 of the cable 2. The shrinking tubes 3a, 3b are then heated to form a reinforcing layer 3 of two shrinking tubes. The reinforcing layer 3 is coated, on the surface thereof, with a solvent and them molded of PVC. The molded PVC is bonded through the solvent to the reinforcing layer 3 and integrated therewith. According to the structure, a reinforcing part 1 having hard inside and soft outside can be formed.</p> |
