PURPOSE: A method and a system for manufacturing a binding band having a resin film is provided to stably use the binding band for a long time by integrally bonding the resin film with band material. CONSTITUTION: A binding band(10) includes a band stuff made of stainless material. An adhesive material is formed on a surface of the band stuff. In addition, a resin film is formed on the adhesive material. The resin film is integrally formed with the band stuff by using the adhesive material. Accordingly, the resin film is not separated from the band material. The binding band(10) is fixed by a clip(20). A binding band manufacturing system comprises a winder, a bonding machine, a microwave heater, an extruder, a take-up machine, a control device, and a cutting machine which are linearly arranged, so that the binding band(10) is automatically manufactured.
