PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, an image forming device and a process cartridge capable of smoothly replenishing a developer circulating part with toner by preventing the blocking of the toner accumulated in a toner replenishing path. SOLUTION: A toner stirring member 24 for stirring replenishing toner taken in through the toner replenishing path 20 of a developing housing 3 is disposed in the path 20. Thus, the toner accumulated at the part of the path 20 where the toner hardly moves such as space between marks A and B is stirred by a toner stirring member 21, whereby the blocking of the toner is prevented. |
