PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a change caused by the reason that the difference of the radii of the inner side route and outer side route of a helical part becomes large when a portable telephone terminal is opened and becomes small when it is closed at the helical part of the hinge part of the foldable portable telephone terminal for which a flexible printed board is bent and doubled. SOLUTION: A fold line is provided on the outside of the hinge part 6 and a means 15 for preventing deviation in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the folding line is provided only on one end side of the flexible printed board 1.
