LAYERED PIEZOELECTRIC FILTER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered piezoelectric filter adopting an S-P-P(Series resonator-Parallel resonator-Parallel resonator) arrangement with high resistance to shock resulting from an enhanced resistance to shock due to a fall while satisfying requirements of thinning, ease of manufacture and mass-productivity. SOLUTION: The layered piezoelectric filter is configured such that the series resonator thicker than the parallel resonator is placed to an upper part of the filter and two parallel resonators is placed lower than the series resonator.
