PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents judging method for properly and efficiently judging contents viewable by a portable terminal on the basis of readability and exclusiveness. SOLUTION: In a readability judging part 3, the contents attribute of the contents inputted from an inputting part 1 is compared with that stored in a readability database 31, and the type of the portable terminal accessible to the contents is judged. On the basis of an exclusiveness judging condition stored in an exclusiveness database 51, it is judged for which portable terminal the inputted contents are meant in formation for viewing.
