PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic corrosion preventing device for underwater rotary machine capable of giving a low-cost electrolytic corrosion preventive effect permanently by decreasing the potential difference generated between a rotor part and stator part when a prime mover is put in operation. SOLUTION: A vertical hole 7 is bored in the center of the end face of a rotary shaft 1 fitted in a bearing inner ring 4a, and in this hole 7 the lower part of an electroconductive coil spring 6 is fitted, and the rear surface of the central part lid wall 8 of a bearing housing 5 is contacted with the top of the coil spring 6, and thereby the rotary shaft 1 and the rotor part continued thereto are put in electric continuity to the housing 5 and the stator part continued thereto.
