PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of the photographic properties of recycled parts for a photographic material. SOLUTION: Resin parts of a lends-fitted photographic film unit, e.g. the front and rear covers and the body base are crushed once, the crushed material is palletized again and the regenerated resin pellets are regenerated as part of staring materials by injection molding and used as recycled parts. When the crushed material is melted by heating in the injection molding, the thermoplastic resin deteriorates or degenerates thermally and the performance and quality of the recycled parts lower as compared with those of new parts. When the thermoplastic resin deteriorates thermally, it causes a chemical reaction with a photographic material and generates a larger amount of a decomposition product that adversely affects photographic properties. An antioxidant is added so as to prevent the thermal deterioration and carbon black is added so as to adsorb the generated decomposition product.
