PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process a process request from another information processor by eliminating such partiality that process requests gather to a specific computer when multiple processes are performed in oparallel by using multiple computers and thus dispersing the processing load of computer resources. SOLUTION: A process time recording and statistically gathering means 103 measures and statistically gathers, and manages the process loads of processes which are requested by other information processor and born by multiple computers A to E and predicts the process load needed for a process at a new process request made by another information process, and a process decentralizing means 104 allocates the actually requested process to one of the computers according to the predicted process load and managed process loads.
