PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppressing device which reduces the distortion of a voice due to suppression processing as a noise suppressing device which suppresses noise by subtracting noise signal spectrum components from input signal spectrum components. SOLUTION: A division processing part 101 divides an input signal into signals of a plurality of frequency bands, a coefficient multiplication part 102 performing multiplication by coefficients for suppressing noise by frequencies, and a composition processing part 103 which performs conversion into a time signal; and a noise suppression coefficient to be multiplied by the coefficient multiplication part 102 so as to suppress noise is calculated by using the noise target value set by a noise target setting part 107 in addition to the amplitude component of the input signal calculated by an amplitude calculating part 104 and the noise estimated value estimated by a noise estimation processing part 105 and the quantity of residual noise by noise suppressing processing is regarded as a target value to reduce the distortion of the sound due to the suppression processing. |
