PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve high temperature characteristics in case of lithium transition metal oxide being used as an active material. SOLUTION: A lithium transition metal complex acid consisting of at least one kind of transition metal selected from a group of Ni, Co, and Mn, and lithium is included together with a condensation polycyclic compound (A) having a diazole ring and a benzene ring as part of rings constituting a condensation polycyclic structure.
