PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing signboard which is easy to assemble, facilitates the replacement of a display sheet on site, curtails the total amount of wastes by effectively utilizing existing members and contributes to the effective utilization of resources. SOLUTION: The display sheet 3 of the standing signboard formed by constructing a pair of upper and lower crossrails 2 to the top and bottom of a pair of right and left struts 1 and spreading the display sheet across the struts 1 and the crossrails 2 is formed with vertical cylindrical segments insertable with the struts 1 in its right and left side edges and is formed with horizontal cylindrical sections insertable with the crossrails 2 at its upper and lower side edges. Both ends of at least one crossrails 2 of the upper and lower crossrails 2 are provided with fitting means fixable by fitting to the outer peripheral surfaces of the struts 1 from a direction orthogonal with the display surface of the display sheet. The fitting means comprise holding members 21 fittable to the outer peripheral surfaces of the struts and projecting bodies 23 which are projectingly disposed within these holding members 21 and are fittable into mounting holes 11 formed on the top and bottom of the outer peripheral surfaces of the struts 1 which are the joint parts to the crossrails 2.
