PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture, to perform miniaturization and to improve reliability. SOLUTION: A snubber circuit SNB and a capacitor C0 for high frequency current bypass are integrally constituted and this module 11 is formed. Then, the cathode side of a snubber diode DS1 is connected to a terminal 12 provided on one side face of the module 11, and the anode side is connected through a snubber capacitor CS1 to the terminal 13. Similarly, the anode side of the snubber diode DS2 is connected to the terminal 14, and the cathode side is connected through the snubber capacitor CS2 to the terminal 15. Also, resistors for discharging are connected to the terminals 16-19. |
