PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker having a terminal block easily mountable to a free position on a sidewall. SOLUTION: A second recessed part and a first recessed part having a dovetail groove are formed in the sidewall of the circuit breaker, a second projection 8 and a first projection 7 having a dovetail are formed on a mounting surface of a base member 6 of the terminal block, the first projection is engaged with the first recessed part, and the second projection is engaged with the second recessed part, thereby fixing the terminal block. For mounting the terminal block, elasticity possessed by at least one of the sidewall and a terminal base is used.
