PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine of a photographic seal capable of obtaining an imaged photographic seal from a new camera angle by imaging a subject looking it down from right overhead. SOLUTION: In the automatic vending machine of a photographic seal which is provided with a camera 21 for imaging the subject, an illumination means 22 for illuminating the subject, a display means 16 for displaying an image and required items, an input mans 17 for inputting operation, a printer 26 for printing the photographic seal of the subject imaged by the camera and discharging it and a control means 30 for controlling these constitution element, the camera 21 is installed on the ceiling part of an imaging area while the lens is directed downward.
