PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a sheet ejected from a device main body being curled and causing inconvenience to the carrying afterwards. SOLUTION: In the fixing device, a heating member, an energizing control means to control the temperature of the heating member and a press member that is installed facing the heating member are provided and the temperature of the heating member is switched over according to a selected carrying path of recording material after the fixing device is passed.
