New coating comprises micro-reliefs creating an optical effect that reduces the visibility of wrinkles covered by the coating. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a micro-relief matrix which, on a coating covering an area of skin having wrinkles, produces an optical effect that reduces the visibility of the wrinkles; (2) a make-up device comprising the micro-relief matrix and a carrier for applying the matrix to the coating; (3) a make-up kit comprising the coating and the micro-relief matrix; (4) an applicator comprising a device for applying a coating to the skin or to a subcoating on the skin, and a device for creating wrinkle-masking micro-reliefs on the coating.
