PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage the time for replacing the oil coating unit of a fixing part. SOLUTION: A state detecting means of a control circuit 52 to detect old and new states detects that an oil coating unit F is replaced with a new unit. A count means calculates the counted value of the oil coating unit by arithmetic processing based on the number of recording sheets, the number of times of fixing processing, and a recording medium. Then, when the counted value calculated by the count means reaches the total consumption value of oil previously stored in a storage means, a judging means judges the time for replacement of the oil coating unit. |
