<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sudden change of a capacity or an output in a variable piston pump or a mortar. SOLUTION: A valve plate portion 8 and a cylinder block 2 are interlocked each other to be rockable. When an inclination angle AGL formed between a rotary shaft center of a main shaft 3 and a rotary shaft center of the cylinder block 2 is regulated by a hydraulic actuator 9, a hydraulic oil is supplied to a cylinder 100, after passing through a spiral groove 102 formed in a cylinder plug 101 constituting the cylinder 100 of the hydraulic actuator placed in a casing in the vicinity of the valve plate portion 8.</p> |
