PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal with high convenience that allows a user to easily remind of speech opposite parties of telephone numbers on a dialing/incoming call history so as to register them as telephone directory data. SOLUTION: A history data generation recording means 40a records voice data of a speech opposite party e.g. at the arrival of an incoming call to a voice data storage area 41c, and stores a caller telephone number received from a network, a time when the incoming call comes, and a memory address of the voice data storage area 41c in which the voice data are recorded at the arrival of an incoming call to an incoming call history data storage area 41a in cross-reference with each other. A history data output control means 40b displays the history data stored in the incoming call history data storage area 41a on a display device of a console unit 42 in response to a request of a user and sounds out the voice data stored in the voice data storage area 41c from a speaker 10 as its control.
